1. According to form, it can be divided into fixed tube plate heat exchangers, floating head heat exchangers, and U-shaped tube heat exchangers. The normal fixed tube plate is the most commonly used, the most economical, and the most stable in performance.
2. Divided by structure into single pass, double pass, and multi pass. Normal two-way tubes are the most commonly used.
3. According to the material, it can be divided into three types: carbon steel tube heat exchanger, stainless steel tube heat exchanger, and carbon steel and stainless steel mixed tube heat exchanger. The normal choice is outer carbon steel and inner stainless steel.
4. The heat transfer area of 0.5~500m2 can be customized according to user needs.
